About Heat Pump Hot Water Perth

Heat Pump Hot Water Perth is run by Sureflow Plumbing & Gas, based in Clarkson. We're a local, family-run team of licensed plumbers and gas fitters with more than 20 years in the trade, working across Perth's northern suburbs from Two Rocks down to Scarborough and inland to Landsdale. Hot water is a big part of what we do, and heat pumps are now one of the most common systems we install.

We hold a plumbing licence (PL9896) and a gas fitting licence (GF18902), so the plumbing and gas sides of a job are done by the same team in one visit. Where a job needs electrical work, we arrange licensed electricians and include it in the same quote.

How we work

• We quote after we've seen the job, not before, so the price you agree to is the price you pay
• We size the system for your household, not just to match the old tank
• We tell you honestly whether to repair or replace, based on the age and condition of what you've got
• We confirm your booking and arrival window, explain what we find, and leave the site clean and tidy
• We take the old system away with us

We install trusted brands we know for reliability and local support, and we'll recommend the model that fits your home rather than whatever we happen to prefer. If a heat pump isn't the right fit, we'll say so and explain what would work better.
